In the workshop, participants will observe, understand, and practice how responsible action builds wisdom as individuals and community members. The workshop introduces Hellison's model of responsibility, which offers a concrete and progressively developing structure for learning responsibility. The model can be widely applied in various areas of life, from decision-making to interaction and everyday choices.
Tools for responsibility will be presented by visiting expert, PhD, rector, and coach Seppo Pulkkinen,University Teacher of Sport Psychology at the University of JyväskyläHanna-Mari Toivonen, University lecturer at the University of JyväskyläTommi Mäkinen yes Lecturer at Laurea University of Applied Sciences Laura Otsala. The workshop is organized by the University of Jyväskylä's "Behavioral Change, Well-being and Health in the Life Course" profiling area (BC-Well).

Professor Emerita Taru Lintunen She specializes in researching the teaching of emotional and interaction skills and in developing training in this field among teachers, students, school management, and sports professionals.

FT To Seppo Pulkkinen has extensive experience working in educational institutions in various roles, as well as a long career as a sports coach at both national and international levels.

Hanna-Mari Toivonen is a university lecturer in sport psychology at the University of Jyväskylä. She teaches and researches emotional and interaction skills, group phenomena, and responsibility in sports.

University lecturer Tommi Mäkinen teaches and researches at the University of Jyväskylä, including emotional and interaction skills, and has trained parents, teachers, and professionals in other fields on topics related to humanity.

Nursing Lecturer Laura Otsala teach emotional and interaction skills to university students, and is interested in continuously developing their own expertise in them.
