The park festival's program will be complemented by Muuan Mies and DJs.

Jyväskylän Kesän The program for the Park Festival has now been finalized. The singer-songwriter group has been booked for the festival, which will be held in Lounaispuisto on July 2–3. A Man and the DJs for both days: for Thursday DJ Matti Juhani See you Friday. Joniveli.

A Man will take the stage on Thursday, July 2nd, as previously announced J. Karjalainen, Emma & Matilda's and Spice Girls Alongside. The ensemble's trademark is the storytelling of the Finnish singer-songwriter tradition combined with a relaxed groove, and the band is known for its engaging live performances.

Thursday's DJ, Matti Juhani, is a familiar name to the Puistojuhlat audience: he has served as the festival's DJ for several years. On Friday, Joniveli will be in charge of the atmosphere, playing mainly from his own vinyl collection, accumulated since 1998. The genre palette of his set ranges from classics of different decades to more recent dance beats.

Puistojuhlat, a festival focusing on pop, rap, and indie music, is now being held for the ninth time as part of the multidisciplinary arts festival Jyväskylän Kesä. The festival brings a lineup of current Finnish artists to downtown Jyväskylä for two days. Thursday’s headliner, J. Karjalainen, will kick off his entire summer tour at Lounaispuisto. Friday’s program will be led by MELO, which will perform their only Jyväskylä show of the summer at Puistojuhlat. Also performing on Friday are Ursus Factory, Helmi Marleena, Fairy and the artist-producer hailing from Jyväskylä Aaro630.

Ticket sales at record pace

Ticket sales for Puistojuhlat 2026 are progressing stronger than ever in the festival's history. By mid-April, both the number of tickets sold and gross sales significantly exceed the figures from the same period in previous festival years.

”Puistojuhlat is on the scale of a small, intimate city festival, and the public has clearly embraced it. Ticket sales this summer are at an all-time high,” commented festival director Kyösti Ylikulju.
