Summer Day in Keuruu – The City of Keuruu 40 Years

The year 2026 marks a significant anniversary for Keuruu, as the town celebrates its 40th anniversary. One of the main events of the celebrations is the Keuruu Summer Day, organized in collaboration with Jyväskylä Festival on July 3rd. The all-day celebration will take the audience to three churches, and the day will culminate in a moving concert by Samuli Edelmann.

Before the concert, you can start the Summer Day Celebration as early as noon at the Old Church of Keuruu, where free guided tours open to everyone will be held starting at noon.

Summer Day in Keuruu is organized in collaboration with Jyväskylä Festival, the City of Keuruu, Visit Keuruu, and the Keuruu Parish.
