👉Whose Nature: How to See the Forest for the Trees conversation
2 PM, Jyväskylä Art Museum
What does a diverse forest contain? And how can everyone contribute to forest life? Discussants are top experts in forest biodiversity, Doctor of Philosophy Tiina Raevaara, Professor of Plant Science at the University of Helsinki, Doctor of Philosophy Jouko Rikkinen, and non-fiction author and journalist Jenni Räinä. The discussion is led by photographer and curator Marko Hämäläinen.
👉Andalusian Butterfly: Lorca-Matinee

Federico García Lorca's poems are interpreted by Jari Siljamäki (flamenco guitar) and actor Jukka-Pekka Mikkonen. The performance is based on translations of Lorca's poems by Brita Polttila, Matti Rossi, Kirsi Kunnas, and Katri Kaarniala.
Theater Company Kulissi: Peter Pan

Do you believe in fairies? Would you like to escape everyday life for a moment into a magical world? Come along as the magical family musical "Peter Pan," presented by Jyväskylä Theatre Association Kulissi ry, enchants you in Laajavuori!
Ricky-Tick Big Band feat Emilia Sisco – Helsinki Noir Suite
📍6 PM, Main Building of the University Auditorium
What would jazz orchestra music sound like if it could only be created in Finland? Composer and jazz musician Valtteri Laurell Pöyhönen's answer to this question is the 10-part, dark-toned, lurking, and multi-dimensional Helsinki Noir Suite. The concert will be performed by the legendary Ricky-Tick Big Band, led by Pöyhönen. The narrator and guest vocalist for the piece is the internationally recognized Finnish-Zambian soul artist Emilia Sisco.
Movie Picnic: The Nashville Sound
7 PM (movie at 12 AM), Villa Rana garden
As the evening darkens, let's get in the mood at a movie picnic with surprise films, music by DJ Lori, and the rare music documentary *The Nashville Sound* (1972). The main feature starts at midnight, and you can join anytime! Free admission. In case of rain, the Movie Picnic will be held indoors at Villa Rana.
