J\u00e4rvel\u00e4 has released strong solo albums, composed music for professional orchestras, big bands, choirs, and various instrumental ensembles, written a successful musical, worked as a freelance musician in several groups, and played in award-winning folk music ensembles.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rvel\u00e4's song \"Roihuvuori,\" released in 2020, was chosen among the 50 best lyrics of the millennium in a reader poll by Helsingin Sanomat. His first musical, \"Katrina\" (2024), received rave reviews and the audience's unqualified approval.
