General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms apply to purchases made in the online stores operated by Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n festivaaliyhdistys ry (Business ID 1062184-7): <a href=\"https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi\/en\/\">https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/puistojuhlat.fi\">https:\/\/puistojuhlat.fi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Placing an Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are placed by adding products to the shopping cart and completing payment via Paytrail.<br>A confirmation email is sent after a successful purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Delivery and Pickup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Physical products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivered to the address provided by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typical delivery time: 2\u20135 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pickup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items can be picked up from Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n Kes\u00e4 office (Seminaarinkatu 13, 40100<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pickup times are announced on the website or in the order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Digital Tickets and Intangible Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event and course tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to consumer protection law, <strong>event and course tickets with a fixed date are non-refundable<\/strong> once the purchase is completed (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, chapter 6 section 16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets are not refunded unless the event is cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery of digital tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital tickets are delivered to the email address provided during the order process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products Only)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers may return physical products within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be unused and in original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must notify us in advance at kesa@jyvaskylankesa.fi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Report any defects as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the product. Submit complaints to kesa@jyvaskylankesa.fi, including a description and your contact details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defective products will be replaced or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Notice of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n festivaaliyhdistys ry,<br><a href=\"https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi\/en\/privacy-notice\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10932\">available on our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or availability errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for delays or issues caused by force majeure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for indirect damages unless required by mandatory law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Payment Service Provider (Paytrail)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paytrail appears as the payment recipient on bank statements and is responsible for payment-related obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms are governed by Finnish law.
