General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the online store of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 Festival Association ry (business ID 1062184-7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Addresses: <a href=\"https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi\/en\/\">https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi<\/a> yes <a href=\"https:\/\/puistojuhlat.fi\">https:\/\/puistojuhlat.fi<\/a>.<br>All prices include value-added tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ordering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Placing an order is done by adding products to the shopping cart and paying for the order through Paytrail. A confirmation of a successful order will be sent via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the order cannot be processed, we will inform the customer immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Product Delivery and Pickup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Physical products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery by mail to the customer's stated address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pickup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Available for pickup at the Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n Kes\u00e4 office (Seminaarinkatu 13, 40100 Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Times are indicated in connection with the online store or in the order confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Digital products, tickets, and intangible services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digital tickets and deadline-bound events \/ courses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Consumer Protection Act <strong>Event and course tickets are non-refundable.<\/strong>, when the event has a predetermined date (KSL 6:16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets will not be refunded unless the event is canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery of electronic tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets will be delivered electronically to the customer's email address after the order is placed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for ensuring the email address is correct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right of Return (physical products)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer has the right to cancel an order for physical products within 14 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused and in its original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns must be reported in advance: kesa@jyvaskylankesa.fi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Report any potential defects or errors as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Complaints are made via email: kesa@jyvaskylankesa.fi<br>Please include a description of the problem and your contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A defective product will be exchanged or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Processing of personal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer data is processed in accordance with the Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 Festival Association's Privacy Policy. <a href=\"https:\/\/jyvaskylankesa.fi\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10917\">The description can be found on our website.<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (e.g., clear pricing errors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for force majeure events that prevent delivery or event hosting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for indirect damages unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Payment Service (Paytrail)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments are processed by Paytrail Plc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paytrail appears as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement and is liable for damages related to the payment in accordance with the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finnish law applies to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potential disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
